Casa Pienezza is a renovated 42 m² one-bedroom flat in the heart of the village of Monacia d'Aullène, a stone's throw from the church.
Its bedroom with a queen-size bed and the sofa bed in the living room sleep up to 4 guests, including a maximum of 2 adults. The open kitchen, the utility room with washing machine and the reversible air conditioning make longer stays easy.
Its work corner by the window, facing the bell tower, and the Wi-Fi also make it a good choice for remote work. The beaches are 5 minutes away by car, Figari airport 15 minutes.

Check-in from 17:00, check-out by 10:00. Minimum stay: 3 nights (depending on the season).
How does booking work?
Online and direct, with no platform fees: you see the exact price before confirming, then a 30% deposit is charged to your card (secure payment by Stripe); the balance is charged to the same card on arrival. Cancellation conditions are set out in our booking terms.
Is there a security deposit?
No deposit is taken on arrival. If damage is found at the check-out inspection, up to €300 may be charged to the card on file, with supporting evidence, within 10 days of departure.
Is there a discount for longer stays?
Yes: 10% off for 2 consecutive weeks, applied automatically when you book.
Can we book Casa Serena and Casa Pienezza together?
Yes. Both flats are in the village: for a family or friends (up to 6 guests), choose « All accommodation » in the date search on our home page, and a single booking covers both.
Travelling with a baby?
A baby cot and a booster seat are lent free of charge on request.

The surroundings offer plenty to do for lovers of nature, sport and wine.
Sights: the Orii rock shelters, the Lion of Roccapina, the Alta Rocca museum, the cliffs of Bonifacio, the protected Lavezzi islands, the bay of Porto-Vecchio and its beaches of Santa Giulia and Palombaggia.
Activities: hiking and horse riding, diving, water sports (windsurfing, kitesurfing…), karting, golf, open-air cinema and much more. The village restaurants serve traditional local dishes.
